Dvorak Expeditions offers professional instruction in swift water rescue, kayak, rafting, SUP, fly fishing, and raft guide training. From introductory half-day courses to comprehensive multi-day paddling instruction, we have the course for you.

Thousands of paddlers from novice boaters to experienced guides and professional fire and rescue personnel have participated in Dvorak Expeditions instructional clinics to expand their whitewater skills. Learn basic fundamentals and take on progressively greater challenges to achieve your goals through our professional, personalized instruction.

Dvorak Expedition instructors have hundreds of hours of teaching experience and thousands of river miles to their credit. With excellent communication skills, they will guide you through the technical and behavioral judgment calls you need to successfully guide the craft of your choice on the river.

Combining the most applicable techniques of many rescue disciplines. These courses cover many ways to affect river and flood rescues.  The primary objective, however, remains to assure the safety of the rescuers themselves – since so many injuries and deaths during river rescues have been due to the well-intention of rescuers.

Instructors teach and participate in many seminars and conferences, and learn from their students as well, keeping the program at the state-of-the-art.  By working in the field of rescue, traveling and seeing new ideas, RESCUE 3 International continues to make their courses the most up to date and state of the art curriculum available.

Rescue 3 International courses have been enthusiastically received by state offices of emergency services, state fire marshal’s, America Outdoors, the Colorado River Outfitters Association, the New Mexico Outfitters Association, the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada, and many other agencies worldwide. Swift water and Rope courses are offered by Bill Dvorak Expeditions.  Local agencies, rescuers, guides and interested recreationalists will have opportunities to take the national certification Rescue 3 program at several locations in the US. Qualified courses can be re-certified within 3 years.
