Letter from Bill and Jaci Dvorak, Dvorak Expeditions

G’day River Adventurer!

35 years ago, Jaci and I launched Dvorak Expeditions and became Colorado’s first licensed outfitter on the Dolores and Green Rivers when white water rafting was in its infancy in America’s Southwest. We have spent our lives building Dvorak Expeditions into one of the most respected river companies rafting and kayaking the Arkansas, Colorado, Gunnison, Dolores, Green, San Miguel and North Platte Rivers, Rio Grande and Rio Chama.

We know experience counts when you and your family or friends take a journey into a remote and wild area. Our long history of guiding river trips and knowledge of these Southwest rivers has resulted in Dvorak Expeditions high guest return and referral rates. Over 65% of our guests have either traveled with us before or were referred by someone who was on a Dvorak Expeditions trip.

Dvorak Expeditions offers you a unique way of traveling down the river. We keep our trips smaller (2 to 6 boats and 8-25 people) and have a superb safety record as a result of our extensive guide training, use of high quality equipment and stringent safety standards. We have extensive knowledge of our wilderness areas, having spent most of our lives in the western part of Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.

Jaci and I so enjoy sharing our love for this part of America with you! We know you will enjoy discovering “river magic” as you float along wondering what you will find beyond the next bend in the river and listening to the sound of the rapids echoing up the canyon walls.
