improved teambuilding among colleagues. Dvorak
Expeditions offers our guests a comfortable way to plan
a family vacation, reunion, club event or corporate
retreat which can incorporate rafting, kayaking or other
river activities as well as build in time for reflection
and camaraderie and eliminate the work of logistical
arrangements and planning accommodations and meals.
Engaging the minds,
emotions and physiques of those on a river trip is one
of the best ways to rally and motivate any group toward
a common goal and gives everyone the chance to stretch
out, discover new challenges as well as create lifelong
memories. Rafting, kayaking and canoeing activities
teach all those who participate in them how to make
better judgment calls and build new decision-making
skills, providing immediate feedback in terms of both
success and failure. Families, clubs and corporate
groups participating in river trips learn what it takes
to succeed under pressure and how they can transfer
these skills gained through experience on the water into
their everyday lives in the “real world”. Your group
will be able to set new goals and expand their
capabilities, both personally and professionally, using
the river as a rich environment within which they can
learn to negotiate challenging white water, appreciate
the Southwest’s natural beauty and incredible scenery,
communicate openly around the fire at night and distance
themselves from the distractions of their everyday

at our Dvorak
Parkdale River Center, in Colorado.
Parkdale Center’s riverfront setting and comfortable
facility is an ideal environment for any group rallying
around a common set of interests, be that building
cooperation and mutual respect and team building…to just
having some great fun. Our
Parkdale River Center
has a private facility right on the river with hot
showers, private barbeque pavilion with open fireplace,
private river beach for camping and all the equipment to
make your group experience exclusive and unique.

Itineraries
Select the length of time you need for our group outing
and let us design a custom itinerary for you. We can
make your experience as active or as inactive as you
like including activities off the river (horseback
riding, hiking, mountain biking, 4x4 touring) as well as
including rafting, kayaking or fishing.
